Refund policy
We're confident that you'll be delighted in receiving your order just as much as we've relished curating and dispatching your meticulously chosen items. However, in the rare event that your order doesn't meet your expectations in terms of quality or description, we want to assure you of your peace of mind. You're welcome to return your online purchase within 2 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange during the designated 'cooling off' period.
Please make sure to notify us of all returns via email at sale@boutiquebangle.co.uk, and kindly include relevant pictures of the item(s) being returned.
Please ensure that the returned goods are in a saleable condition, meaning they must be returned in their original packaging is securely intact and attached to the product. "Saleable" entails that the item is free from scratches, marks, or blemishes, shows no signs of wear on the product, or case, and has not been sized or altered in any manner. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any item that shows indications of prior use.
Please keep in mind that ensuring the safe arrival of the items back to us is your responsibility. For secure delivery, we highly recommend utilising the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and insuring the package for the value of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods during transit. Please note that refunds will not be granted for goods returned in a damaged or unsaleable condition.
Goods specifically manufactured or co-ordinated to a customer’s own specification(s) will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake, when we will either refund or replace the same product or a product of equal value. Once an order has been placed with us, it will go into full production and is no longer eligible for cancellation or exchanges.
Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. The cost of return postage to The Bangle Boutique for the goods and the gift item would be customers’ responsibility and must be returned in its original packaging, in a sellable condition and the The Bangle Boutique returns policy would apply. Any damage to the goods or the gift item would not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the customer upon The Bangle Boutique receiving the cost of return postage to cover the cost of returning the goods to the customer.
Goods once exchanged or customised / altered cannot be refunded. Please contact us on sale@bangleboutique.co.uk for more information.
All refunds will be processed within 10 - 30 days upon receipt of goods.
